By using The Time Traveler’s Passport application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.Description of the Service
Time Traveler’s Passport is an interactive, location-based experience that allows users to explore cities through historical storytelling, tasks, and challenges.
Some features or city experiences may require payment.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice. When significant changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to inform users.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the application responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You are responsible for your actions while using the app, including your behavior in real-world locations.
Safety Disclaimer
The application encourages exploration of real-world locations. You are solely responsible for your safety at all times.
You agree to:
Pay attention to your surroundings
Follow traffic rules
Follow local laws and regulations
Avoid entering restricted or unsafe areas
Do not trespass on private property
We are not responsible for any incidents that occur while using the application.
Payments and Purchases
Paid Content
Certain experiences, cities, or features within the app may require payment. Prices will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party providers (e.g. app stores or payment processors). We do not store your payment details.
Access to Purchased Content
Once a purchase is completed, you are granted access to the selected content. Access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared. Access to paid content does not expire. However, since no accounts are created, deleting the application will result in loss of access to any content you have purchased.
Refunds
All purchases are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
If purchases are made through app stores (e.g. Apple App Store or Google Play), refund requests must be handled through those platforms.Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the application available and functioning at all times; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.

We strive to provide accurate and engaging historical content, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date. If you notice any inaccuracies, please report them through the in-app feedback system or by emailing explore@ttpapp.ro.
By using the application, you acknowledge that weather conditions, construction, road closures, and other real-world factors may affect story routes.
Intellectual Property
All content within the application, including text, design, and visual elements, is owned by the application and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.If you choose to share feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services, you grant us the right to use them freely and without compensation. Providing feedback is entirely voluntary.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims resulting from:Use of the application
